Hi,

I recently arrived in Toronto and registered for my new SIM card. However, the sales rep made a mistake on my email typing @gamil.com instead of @gmail.com.

I have no access to my account at the moment.

May I know how I can correct the email please?

Go to Koodo Assist and say you are having trouble logging into self serve for the first time and it should be able to reset your self serve account.
