So I just received a call from a supposed Koodo rep that was offering me a bunch of good deals for being a loyal Koodo customer. I’m always a little nervous with this stuff and whether or not it’s a scam. But basically he offered me an iPhone 12 pro max 256gb for $0 down and then $21 per month for the tab. It’s a great deal and it’s even offered here on the website but as a certified pre owned. The Koodo rep who called me assured me that if I get it with him not only would he send me a BRAND NEW iphone 12 pro max, but also waive the connection fee. I really want to do the deal..and asked him to call me back on Monday. I just want to know how legit it is? Why would he be able to send me a brand new phone but if I did it myself on this site I would get a pre owned?
Hi everyone,My name is SD.A month ago around July 20th I ordered iPhone 13 pro max with tab $33/month and upgrade plan to $60.I swear I didn’t know there’ll be down payment for this when I order this.Only I saw $0 + tabs..Today when I check my credit card bill there was $908.32 charged..Really embarrassed Please help me what shall I do…Thanks for help!
I want to get my daughter a CPO Iphone that’s on offer that I can get with her plan with an upfront charge of 70$ and 10$ tab. I am concerned as I had to repick her plan as part of the ordering process and am concerned of loosing her 5 gig add on as that would end up making her plan too small. Can anyone tell me if I would lose her add on doing this?
I was at a mall and went into a Telus and got an upgrade on my phone I was charged the remaining tab balance at the sale. Today I find that the the tab balance is also on my monthly bill. How do I correct this? And Koodo assist is the worst automated customer service ever when you need to speak to someone. It just talks you in circles with no real answer to real problems

I issues a hardware upgrade Friday was told 24 to 48 hours we would have a phone call to verify for shipping. I don't have access to my phone as it's in the bottom of a river. I was told a note is posted to the account to call the alternate phone on the account and we still have not received a call. I don't have a phone at all right now n have doctors probably trying to get ahold of me n now think I'm missing most likely as I have mental health issues. I need to have this situated asap.
I am hoping i can get some resolution through this forum, as I am close to cancelling all 3 plans I have with Koodo.My son has a CPO Iphone XS Max that begin malfunctioning in early July. It would just continually power itself down and became unusable. It is still well under the 1 year warranty. I followed the Koodo instructions to bring it to a corporate Telus store in Coquitlam Centre, BC. They took the phone on July 11th and sent it in for repair, and said it usually takes 2 weeks or so. They did not have any loaner phones to offer (despite supposed to being able to offer one) so we knew we would be without this phone for our upcoming holidays. Upon return form holidays, I received a text from Koodo telling me that the phone was ready for pickup, and I also had a voice mail from the Telus store rep. Hello community,I ordered a phone a week ago and it has been doing some weird stops along the way. Delivered 5 days ago then mysteriously picked up again for delivery and then redelivered at an access point for me to pick it up. Now it has been delivered since yesterday, but the access point does not have it. They look through their packages and don’t have it. They claim it has not been delivered. I opened an investigation with Koodo but I am not being given any options apart form having to wait for the investigation to end. I am ready to switch my service provider after this awful experience, but not before I get a solution from Koodo for not having a phone, being charged for it, not being given any solution for days, and being caught in between UPS and Koodo sorting out their things. Is any one else in this situation? How did you guys solve it? I have never gone through something like this before, just because companies were responsible to their costumers first.Many thanks for any in
The seller made a mistake in the tariff c$60 instead c$40 (for Prepaid SIM). I asked him for c$40 tariff (showed this tariff on the site to be sure that he understands me right). I said few times that I need only c$40 plan as we are from Ukraine, so I can’t afford any additional services/fees. He provided me SIM card and said that he didn’t have paper clips (that I needed to check it at home). At home, I inserted a SIM card, and after activation noticed c$60 Plan.I returned to the shop (Telus Koodo Authorized Dealer) - but despite working hours, no one was in there.I tried to cal support or find any info - but I don’t know how to set right Plan. What could I do?
I ordered a hardware upgrade as mine is at the bottom of a river. It charged my card the 11.30 for I'm assuming the sim card for the new phone. Got a confirmation for the order then a couple hours later got a email saying "information provided doesn't match our records." When I check the status it just says under review
I placed my order for a new phone on August 17, 2022 with rep over the phone, and received a confirmation email with order number. However, when I went online and track my order status, the order number seems not valid. Not sure what’s going on. Thank you
so i order a new phone 2 days ago it said it would take 1 day to ship i have tryed looking up the tracking number i got when i ordered it but nothing comes up any advice on how to figure this out or if somehow a rep could get me the right tracking number just dont want my phone sitting outside without me knowing
I am trying to complete an online purchase of a new phone for my account due to a damage prior phone (not working). When I am on the final stage of completing the order, the webpage insists that my koodo number be sent a code to complete the order. I am unable to select a different number or email to send the code to and I cannot access my phone to complete the order. Is there any way to get around this?
Just ordered a new phone and updated the plan for one of my sons… all good.Went to order the same phone and update to the same plan and that plan is no longer available ?!?!Call back is scheduled 2 days from now, what ever happened to their customer service ?Has anyone experienced the same where a second phone was being purchased but the same plan is not available ?
I missed a call from Koodo after ordering a new phone. I can’t even call them back, i now have to wait until Tuesday. I just want to confirm whatever they need but i can’t because the only person to talk to is the extremely unhelpful koodo assist. I just want to talk to a person. Clearly someone is working as they called me, so why cant i talk to a human being?
