I ordered a phone a couple days ago, I put the address on my ID cause I assumed I would pick up the order at an access point. I moved from that apartment into the one below it. So  my ID says 2 and the one I live in currently is 1. I'm also going to be gone the whole day of delivery which is the 17th.  Koodo has made it so it cannot be delivered anywhere except the original address, which is my neighbor. I'm just so frusterated and worried I'm not going to get my phone. I set up a callback with koodo for the morning so hopefully they can change the shipping address and day, or let me pick up the item at a access point preferably. 

I received my tracking number from canada post but I can’t track it on their site, where am I supposed to check it?

I purchased a new Samsung Galaxy S23 two months ago, since the first week I took it out of the box i have been having charging issues. I plug it in when I go to bed and I wake up and it only charged for 30 minutes to  an hour. I wake up in the morning with a battery capacity of 20%, 46% 75% etc.I have tried 9 different cables, and 8 different charging bases. There is no dirt in the charging port.Fast charging has been turned on, its been turned off, it does not make a difference.I’ve factory reset the phone, I’ve deleted all apps, I’ve power cycled.The issue was supposed to be solved by the last UI update, and yes it was almost two weeks since it has happened, but now it has happened 3 mornings in a row.I am getting tired of watching videos and reading things on how to solve the issue.How do I get this phone replaced under warranty? 

Hey koodo I was just looking to upgrade my phone to the pixel 8 pro and was wondering if you offered any plan where I return my current pixel 7 being that it is near mint condition and possibly reduce the fee to upgrade to the new phone while keeping my original number. Please get back to me as soon as ya can 😊

Hi,  I signed up for the streaming services promo for $15 with Stream+. I had to create a Disney+ account in order to activate the Koodo promotion. My credit card is billing me for $15 from Koodo and $ 7.99 for Disney Plus. How to I reverse the additional charge with Disney+ and link my Disney+ account to the Koodo promotion?

I purchased 2 phones from koodo early 2023. I bought Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G. Upgraded both plans to 5G service and neither phone can connect to 5G. After a visit to a Telus store and multiple calls to Koodo I have learned that it seems to be a software issue. Now I have two 5G non functioning bricks, that I must keep until the Tab is paid off. Koodo has never offered to resolve this situation.

Hello all, So, we have 2 lines on our account.One line has a few months of tab balance left (Galaxy S20) , the other has no tab. The one with no tab has a very old no name phone and needs an upgrade.Is it possible to order a new phone (Galaxy S21) with a tab and then do a switch of sim cards, so that the person with the Galaxy S20 can use the Galaxy S21 and the person with the old phone gets the Galaxy S20?Their plans also would not be affected by this right? Thanks

Hey! So, I'm not currently a Koodo customer (yet), and I understand that this post might not be the typical content you see here. However, I would really appreciate your help. I'm planning on buying a new phone from Facebook Marketplace. I know you can ask me why I don't purchase directly from Koodo, but I'm trying to find a good deal. Many stores like Walmart and The Source basically force you to buy their phones with a plan, which tends to overprice them. That's why I would prefer to get an unlocked phone that doesn't break the bank and then use it with a carrier that doesn't have a contract, like you guys or your brother, Public Mobile.Anyway, I've done my due diligence, and the seller doesn't seem to have any major red flags that are obvious. The phone is sealed, both front and back. The writing on the back has no spelling mistakes and matches the official box. The seal is also intact. I requested the IMEI, which matches the model and still has warranty (as far as I know). There is

Hi,Sim card which was given to me by Koodo seems to be a SIM that was used by someone. I still get calls under his name and whatsaspp was also already created for the number. He is registered to few apps using this mobile number and I’m the new owners of the SIM now. How can i get him out of those apps ?

My new (<8 month old) Google Pixel 7 is in a constant “reboot” loop again.  It once showed “System UI error”  but it is not even getting there now. I already had to factory reset my phone to fix this before and lost a bunch of my stuff.  I’m not putting up with this over and over again. The phone is defective and under warranty.  I need it replaced.Anyone else have this issue?  I have tried all the fixes that are on the web. None worked, except factory reset.Thanks,

I live in Alberta.But my first bill charges a PST in the amount of $4.76.I need to dispute this wrong charge due to no PST in AB.

Says I can finance an a15 for 11/month but I know that's on top of a phone plan/contract. However I cannot find the minimum plan that will work before starting the split process. 

I am in BC for a month and my old phone has stopped working. I tried changing my address before ordering but it doesn’t go through. I can’t find anyone to talk with about this. Any help appreciated. (A Koodo outlet got a link sent to me for a call back but the link didn’t work). Thanks

Hi I have switched from Bell to Koodo last week. However, the number is different when I call others. a friend told me that different number is being shown.   kindly guide what to do. 

I was so  excited to order the Pixel 8 Pro I have had my eye on the pixel forever. I ordered it and when the webstore called to verify my address I was working. The message said they would try to call back in the next few days. I did not receive another phone call. I tried the online assist and it just kept telling me it didn’t understand the question. Now they won’t honour the price that I originally purchased the phone for and paid for the shipping. I can’t afford the price of it now so I am so disappointed. Does anyone know if there is a complaint line that I can call?

I purchased two SIM cards at the same time, selecting a plan for both. The SIM cards arrived but only one of them shows up on my account and works. How do I get the other SIM card registered/connected to a plan and working?

Hi! My phone was stolen and I don’t have a way to call koodoo. My dad gave me a new phone but it has no sim card.
