The pre-owned galaxy s22 and the s21 ultra 5G are at 0$ but were out of stock from the start, is it because its not available yet?

Hi there,

itโ€™s actually while stock lasts. When a new s-series gets released, the previous generation gets discontinued and is no longer produced. So for certified pre owned, it will become available when Koodo clients trade in that specific device. So if someone were to trade one in, the device will be inspected and modifications will be made (such as a new battery etc) then you will be able to order one as a certified pre owned. You just have to be patient. I hope this information helps ๐Ÿ™‚๐Ÿ‘

The source of CPO phones actually was complicated than that. They arenโ€™t normal โ€œtrade-inโ€ device from existing but were supplied and warranted by a 3rd party company. All CPO phones had 1 year warranty https://www.koodomobile.com/en/certified-pre-owned

If the phone was out of stock, the supply of that certain device was limited. You could wait or choose another device.
