Says I can finance an a15 for 11/month but I know that's on top of a phone plan/contract. However I cannot find the minimum plan that will work before starting the split process.

The A15 would be $11.67 a month on tab mid, for which the minimum plan price is $50 a month.
If you pay $40 up front, you can get it on tab basic, for which the minimum plan price is $35 a month. Your monthly tab payment would then be $10 a month for 24 months.

To add to what Timo said,
just keep in mind that the $50 plan will come with 60GB of data, Canada wide talk and text, and a perk of your choice. On the other hand though, at the tab basic price point of $35 a month, it only comes with Canada wide talk and text and no data, it is pay per use. So if you use / need data, go with the $50 a month option. But if you don’t need data and haven’t used it before, then go with the Tab basic $35 option.
