Hey koodo I was just looking to upgrade my phone to the pixel 8 pro and was wondering if you offered any plan where I return my current pixel 7 being that it is near mint condition and possibly reduce the fee to upgrade to the new phone while keeping my original number. Please get back to me as soon as ya can 😊

Koodo doesn't accept the return of the phone after 30days (online) or 15 days (in store). If you are using the pixel 7 and still have a Tab with Koodo, you would have to wait for the 24 month period to end first. They have a “trade-in” program, where you can sell it to them and get some credit toward the new phone. However the price isn't great and you will have to visit a Koodo kiosk and ask.
One thing to note is: If you upgrade your phone early, you will have to pay the Tab balance and Tab bonus. These might not be an ideal way to upgrade.
