The sim I purchased has not arrived. Please send asap.

It usually takes 7 - 10 days for sim-only orders to be delivered.

If it’s been more than 10 business days and you didn’t get the sim card, we recommend ordering a sim card replacement here or visiting a store nearby and let us know here once you have the sim. You can perform the sim swap in self serve as soon as you get the sim card replacement.

You can sign up for a plan in store and use it right away, but you will be subject to a $60 connection fee.
