Sim card which was given to me by Koodo seems to be a SIM that was used by someone. I still get calls under his name and whatsaspp was also already created for the number. He is registered to few apps using this mobile number and I’m the new owners of the SIM now. How can i get him out of those apps ?
Unfortunately, when you get someone’s old number and it’s still registered, you’ll have to reach out individually to those apps to see about getting it changed. Whatsapp is gonna be a tough one. I would suggest making your account registered by email than by number. Whatsapp doesn’t do anything about this issue. It’s a real security problem too for recently recycled numbers.
