Purchases & Returns

I am planning to purchase a new phone, and I am already eligible for the First Nations tax exemption on my bills. Is this exemption also applied to the initial price of the phone? Or is there a different way to have this applied?

Hello. I'm not Canadian but I'm moving to Montreal soon. I'm wondering if it's possible to buy a prepaid Koodo plan and activate it with eSim before entering the country so that I immediately have cellular service and data once I arrive at the airport. If so, does the start of the 30 days of the plan start right when I purchase it, or when I actually activate it on my phone? Thanks.

I bought my phone back in last March and need proof of purchase now. Google told me to call Koodo and have them email it to me but I cannot get by the chat bot and it doesn't allow me to ask about proof of purchase

Hello, I took over my dad's phone with my phone number. I am an apple user through and through but this is an Android. I would like to switch. My question is my tab balance says zero but when I go I to it it has a negative balance, if I upgrade my phone will I have to pay the balance or will it just be added. I think it will be added to my bill but not sure.

I received an email that I had to verify my purchase and received the call 10 minutes later. I missed the call as I was not expecting it.  The email mentions scheduling a callback but the assistance tool will not allow me to schedule a callback and gives no other way forward. “ You can also go to Koodo Assist to schedule a callback from a live rep. “

I recently ordered a phone from Koodo to be delivered by Canada Post.  On the day of expected delivery I received a text from 1-(972) 209-0486 supposedly from Canada Post that they were unable to deliver as they had a problem with the address and unable to deliver until I re-submitted the address.  I was to reply to text with "y" and close and re-open the text.Upon doing this there was a link which I opened which looked like it was official Canada Post webpage: canadapost-postecanadaeuo.top is the address. The page asked for my address, phone number and email which I entered.  I was directed to a second page stating there was a re-delivery service charge of CAD 0.41 and a form to enter my credit card info. At that point I called BULLSHIT and went down to the post office, showed text to them and they said it was definitely a scam. I asked how they knew I was getting a package that day and the reply was that someone in the supply chain was probably selling the information to a scammer.  T

I am an existing customer and looking to upgrade my cell phone. When I go and look for phones there are none that are $0 down. When I don't sign into my account, almost every phone is $0 down. I am really noticing that koodo doesn't care about their existing customers.

Hi, I recently purchased a Pixel 8 Pro via the webstore and would like to return it. I am within my 30 day policy  The phone has been used for voice and data. However, there are issues with the wireless and data connection on the phone. I have other devices with Koodo that do not exhibit the same behavior. Google is not helpful and I don't want to return the phone for repair with Google, to be provided with a reconditioned unit.It continually drops from data/wifi networks. Inside and outside my home.  I work with my local ISP. I'm familiar with troubleshooting and have never encountered anything as vexing as this phone. I have a family plan with Koodo  - 3 other mobile phones. The Pixel 8 Pro is the only one to continually drop.  Please advise on the options available to me and how to return the device. Thank you,

Hi there,On May 7, 2024 I paid for Stream + and a charge of approximately 36.00$ was put onto my credit card.  On May 14th, I received an email from Koodo saying I haven’t yet activated my Prime account so I activated it.  I was then charged a 1 year subscription for Amazon Prime on May 14th for approximately 110.00$ (on top of what I was charged on May 7).I contacted Koodo via a phone call on May 17th to talk about the charge, and they couldn’t refund me and suggested I contact Amazon.  On the same day, I called Amazon and they tried to refund me the money, but the refund never showed up on my credit card.  I called Amazon again at the end of May, as well as on June 4.  Both times, Amazon tried to refund me the money. Finally, on June 10, I talked with an Amazon rep again and they said they can’t refund me the money because it’s Koodo who has subscribed to the plan, and it is managed by them.I then called Koodo again, and they said they can’t refund me the money because it’s Amazon.  I

I have Koodo account and I want to buy an IPhone from Apple and trade this out for my other phone. How do I do this and what are the fees if I do not purchase the phone from Koodo? k

Koodo sent my phone to a random address not on my file. Do to not being able to talk to someone and having to wait for call back they were too late to rectify. I was told Canada post would correct it and it would be delivered 4 days ago. I have received no confirmation emails of updated address or correction. I placed a call back request with chat 5 honours ago and the call dropped do the poor network and now I have to wait another 3 hours for a callback. Beyond frustrated with this service.
