Accepted a upgrade on a sales call last April. Agent sent me a "free" motorolla phone. I asked a out the tab and if it affected my ability to upgrade later and was repeatedly told no strings attached.. Last month when I went to upgrade my s8 I had to pay off the $130 tab from my free phone. It never once showed up on my bill or in my account or tab. I feel I was lied to and cheated by this agent. Anyone else get roped in? I was told sorry but I have to pay it. Retention seemed to not care. Brutal service.
Hello,I ordered iPhone XS Max on June 11th on last Sunday, it was telling that it'll take 1 business day to deliver so I took my morning shift off for Monday in order to recieve the package, and now it's stuck at "Approved" on the day I ordered and it does not update any information whatsoever since.How long will I have to wait? I'm on full time work on Wednesday, will they leave my package on the door if I'm unavailable?
I bought a Samsung A52g a few months ago and it’s completely inaccessible for me; I can’t use the phone, it’s far too distracting and difficult to use. Today i tried to put on a new ROM, but found out Samsung explicitly removes the “unlock oem” toggle for North American phones. So it’s literally impossible for me to modify or repair this phone in any way. So I’ll have to throw that phone in the trash, meanwhile I’m looking for another phone I can get that has the “unlock oem” option in the developer settings. Thanks.
Hi,I ordered a new sim and it was shipped on 30 May. My order no is HFO33295200 and i have still not received it in the mail. It has been more than a week. On email it said 1-2 days and it has been 10 business days and i have not yet received my sim. Any help in this regard will be appreciated.
Hi, I am thinking of returning my phone via mail, as the phone was purchased online. I was just wondering when does the 30-day return period start - does it start on the day the new contract was created/new phone is purchased, or does it start when the phone was physically received?As well, does Koodoo count the phone as returned within the 30-day period only when they receive it physically, or when the return process is initiated?I have about 2 weeks left to return the phone, so just wanted to understand the policy rules, so I don’t risk shipping off the phone and not have it considered returned within the 30-day period.Thanks for any help.
Honestly I don’t like how to get a new phone we are forced to get a new plan. I am concerned my current plan will be lost if I get a new phone and I am not satisfied with the phone. I am ok with upgrading the plan and in my head I am just adding it to the cost of the phone. But if I don’t like the phone and have to return it (and get an unlocked elsewhere) then I am stuck with the new plan I didn’t need. Is that so?
Hello all,I ordered my phone last week and it was supposed to come in on Monday, but there was apparently an issue where they did not have my unit number. I called UPS twice last week and they said they updated the address but the tracking still shows that the address needs to be updated. Any idea how long this process normally takes to update and when I can expect this?
Hi I’m just wondering if this is normal? I just switched over to koodo from public.I would get maybe 1 spam call a month with them, if that, but I just put in a brand new simcard in my iphone when it got delivered yesterday. within the first 10 mins, got two different spam calls from local numbers, and then another one a little while later.This morning another one woke me up.what is going on with this new number i got?! this is insanity! I don’t want my phone ringing 24/7! and Yes it’s always on slient so its not *ringing* but it’s not feasible to turn off vibrate because then I would ignore EVERYONE. so the vibration still wakes me up etc. ik there do not disturb mode but I have sick grandparents and sometimes I DO want to answer the call, but not when it’s some random from the same call center over and over.Idk if this number belonged to someone with really bad outstanding credit before or what.. I just opened my new Motorola One Ace, and tried setting it up but it is overwhelmed by Google control. I downloaded a messenger app that doesn’t work and there is no way to UNinstall anything. I also tried to transfer files from my old Samsung but no way. I want to exchange this phone for the Samsung A53 which is exactly the same payment. Would that be easy to do?ThanksBob
Hello, I was just wondering if its possible to add a new line, purchase a new phone and have my current phone number moved to my new phone and keep my current phone but have a new number for my (old) phone? Hi, I think I know the answer already from another post, but I wanted to double check. I just bought a pre-ownd phone from Koodo and the battery health is at 85% only - should I be expecting 100% or is that part of buying a refurb and I didnt read the small print properly? Thanks, Matthew
I ordered a new phone online last Wednesday and I’ve been having trouble finding the order number. I have not received any tracking information, and yes I’ve checked my junk mail. I FINALLY got through to someone on the phone who was able to pull up the order number -I input said number to check on order status and it told me it was the incorrect number. Has anyone else had to deal with this and can tell me what’s going wrong? Any help? Thx so much. I’m beyond frustrated at this point.
I just moved back to Canada from South Korea. I have my own iPhone but no Canadian phone number. I want to use the “bring your own phone” plan but have no phone number in Canada. Can I still use this plan and if so, how do I go about getting a number? I want to register online to save the connection fee and use the promo code offered. Thanks

I tried to order a new phone online and when I hit confirm and entered all my info and credit card info and hi submit the page went white and I never got a confirmation or anything. My cc has not been charged. Just wondering how I can find out if it went through I don’t want to try again and end up with two phones
