Im ordering a new phone and changing the plan with it.

Will my current, old phone stay active while I wait for the new one to be delivered?

Or once the new one is activated, will I have a window of no phone?

youโ€™re correct with the first one. Your current phone will stay active, just the plan that it is using will change and you will be charged a proration charge on your next bill. Once the new phone arrives you just take the SIM out of your current phone and put it in the new one and follow the setup steps, but you will have full service the entire time.
