Hello,

 

I recently ordered a pre-owned phone from Koodo online. I haven’t received a SIM card, though there is a SIM number listed on my service agreement. I transferred from another provider. How do I get a SIM card to finish setting up with Koodo?

have you checked the cardboard flaps of the box? I have found that sometimes during shipping they get stuck behind there when I order phones. If not there, the quickest way would be to go to your closest Koodo kiosk or Telus corporate store and they will provide a sim.
