I bought my phone back in last March and need proof of purchase now. Google told me to call Koodo and have them email it to me but I cannot get by the chat bot and it doesn't allow me to ask about proof of purchase

You can download your Service Agreement using the Self Serve account. I’ll include the steps here. It would contain the phone model and IMEI as well.
