Koodo sent my phone to a random address not on my file. Do to not being able to talk to someone and having to wait for call back they were too late to rectify. I was told Canada post would correct it and it would be delivered 4 days ago. I have received no confirmation emails of updated address or correction. I placed a call back request with chat 5 honours ago and the call dropped do the poor network and now I have to wait another 3 hours for a callback. Beyond frustrated with this service.

if it is any help, I suggest you also try to reach out to a rep through Koodo’s Facebook page while you wait for the second call back in case that one fails too. I find a lot of people on this platform have benefitted from it, and I’ve used it too and it works quite well. When someone is free they will message you back, it’s a full rep so they would be able to see the notes on your account from the issues you’re having. Besides that, if a rep sees your post on here they will respond to your post, I hope this helps 🙂
