Hi I have switched from Bell to Koodo last week. However, the number is different when I call others. 
a friend told me that different number is being shown.

Have you restarted your phone after the port transfer?

It seems the transfer of the number wasn’t successful as there was no response to the 2FA message as per the transfer process here and the number was reverted to a different number.

Do you still have the sim card from the previous provider?
