I moved to Australia in December so I need to transfer my phone number to another provider, and I have been trying to do that since January.Whenever my new provider sends a port request, Koodo rejects the request with the reason being “did not approve confirmation request”. Well out of 10+ port requests I have received only three approval text messages. The first message said I did not need to reply, which was obviously false. The second and third messages arrived at 1:15 AM and 3:15 AM when I was sleeping. Since there is only a 90 minute window to reply, I was not able to approve the transfer at those times. I have not received a transfer approval text since February 2nd, despite repeated transfer requests.I have tried phoning Koodo, and of course it is impossible to talk to a human being. The customer service line just redirects you to the digital rep. The digital rep is useless for this problem. I have tried scheduling a callback multiple times, but Koodo will not call me, just send

I just bought a phone locked to koodo. I get unlimited calling for $25 but not enough data to use Google maps. I had public mobile before and I got all that for $23 plus lots of free data Can I switch back?
When I get a message from [myphonenumber]@msg.koodomobile.comsaying "You've received a message from a Koodo Mobile Customer," is this for real or a scam?
Recently, I have been receiving tremendous amount of spam calls. I have to tried to block the number each time, but it seems like the phone number changes slightly (see the last four digits) each time. Is there something I or Koodo can do? The call control function is not an option because I do have to work with my phone all day.me source changes in every call (see attached)
I currently have phone service with Koodo under a post paid account. That account is in my now ex's name. There is no tab for the phone. I own it outright. How do I go about setting up a service account in my name. What is required to bring my own phone to a new post paid account? Is a credit check required or is that only to purchase a new phone?Would I require a new SIM card? Can I keep my same phone number? Any information would be most appreciated. Thank you

I would like some clarification on how pay-per-use works. I am Canadian travelling to the states for a few weeks and will have wi-fi most of the time. I am not interested in calling or sending SMS (and I don’t want to pay for Easy Roam), but would still like to receive any missed messages. If I take my phone off of airplane mode, are there any charges? Am I charged to receive text messages? Or are the pay-per-use charges only if I make calls, turn on my data or send SMS messages myself? I want to ensure there are no unexpected fees over the course of my trip. So, if I take my phone off airplane mode but don’t send out anything or use data, will I be charged in any way?
I already left left the Koodo and my contract finished and my tab is paid off but I realized my iPhone remained locked. I have no access to my Koodo profile anymore, how can I unlock the phone?
+1 (833) 348-3589 Is This a legitimate Koodo sales number?
Hello everyone, I traveled overseas abroad with my phone and koodo number. My phone was broken and to install WhatsApp on a new one it is necessary to receive an SMS with the verification code. Because I am not in Canada now I cannot receive said SMS. Is there any way that Koodo can send me the code that I will receive from WhatsApp?Thank you.
Good afternoon! As you can see from the title I lost my phone with the Koodo sim in it. I have lots of important contacts connected to my phone number, as well as Viber, Whatsapp, etc. What should I do in this situation? I need this phone number! Thank you in advance! Best regards,Giorgio
I am a Telus customer but I want to switch to Koodo. My contract with Telus is up in May. If I cancel now do I need to pay out my contract with Telus? Since Koodo is owned by Telus, I am curious if I can switch over or if I need to pay out my contract with Telus. I know I will have to pay out my phone balance, but I will be brining that phone to Koodo.Do I need to cancel with Telus before I signup with Koodo?I also have an Apple Watch, is it possible to use this with Koodo?
I’m a former Koodo customer (April 2019-August 2021) and need a copy of my text records for when I was a Koodo customer, specifically from the period of May 2019-December 2019. I’m engaged in a dispute with my car dealership over promises made to me by the sales rep, and require access to text conversations he and I had in order to prove to the dealership what was promised to me at the time of sale. I have repeatedly called the customer service phone number for Koodo (1-866-995-6636) but cannot for the life of me get through to a customer service representative for assistance. Every time I call, I get directed to a series of pre-recorded messages and then get disconnected.
I am a Koodo Customer. I am currently out of the country and would like to pre-authorize my phone number port-out (leaving Koodo), since I do not have access to my Canada phone service. I am told that I need to complete an EID quiz (extended credit quiz) to pre-authorize number port out.My issue here is that I would like to talk to a customer/support agent while out of country, but it seems to be impossible because the digital system keeps insisting on a call-back, and I do not have a Canadian number anymore. What can I do in this situation? Is there a way I can speak to an agent over the phone without a Canadian number? Thank you.
If insuspend service to my phone, can I reactivate it later?
I check two different voicemail accounts (attached to two different phone numbers and two different people). Both are accessible using Koodo’s access number 902-580-4001. Problem is, when I call from my cell phone, the system only allows me to check my own voicemail, and not the other account. Does anyone know if there is way to call from my Koodo cell and enter the mailbox and password of the account I am trying to access, without the system assuming I am always only checking my own voicemail? Thanks!
So long story short I was cyber attacked. And my main email compromised so much I am not even going to attempt to recover it. I am logging into Koodo using it still but need to change it. As I am literally not getting anything going to that email. And with my internet, which is telus, I can’t access That at all with my dead email… somehow I need to change that too. Because I am still securing my router and need to use the telus app to finish the last bit but can’t without the app apparently (tried in the router itself but can’t find the setting I need). And I need to set up secure emails-- again telus ones would work for that. Sort of in a hurry to secure these things. Not to mention I have no idea what my bills will be.
Hello,My Bank in Spain send me messages with One time password, and other Bank transactions details but I don’t receive text messages.

Hi,I was helping my mother buy a new phone on Koodo, like what I saw and came home and ordered a SIM card for myself to switch. It wasn’t until I created my login on Self Serve that I noticed the Refer a Friend Program. Can my mother and I still get in on this? I have not received my SIM yet and changed my phone over.Karrie
So I won’t be able to get a new SIM card without waiting a week?Going into Koodo tmrw wouldn’t expedite this whole thing? And how much for the SIM in person?
For the past couple months when I’m at home, I seem to only get one bar of service or no service at all when I should be getting 4g advanced according to the coverage map. I’ve been trying to get a callback from a rep for the past couple days and it just hangs up on me everytime. I’ve contacted them on facebook and followed all the steps they suggested and nothing is working. I just want to be able to use the phone I pay for every month.
Hi! my number is with Kodoo as well as my phone, I’m planning to get an Apple Watch series 7 soon and I was wondering if I can connect my phone to it and be able to use cellular as well as the emergency function (where it calls 911 on its own).thank you,
