I check two different voicemail accounts (attached to two different phone numbers and two different people). Both are accessible using Koodo’s access number 902-580-4001. Problem is, when I call from my cell phone, the system only allows me to check my own voicemail, and not the other account. Does anyone know if there is way to call from my Koodo cell and enter the mailbox and password of the account I am trying to access, without the system assuming I am always only checking my own voicemail?Thanks!

So long story short I was cyber attacked. And my main email compromised so much I am not even going to attempt to recover it. I am logging into Koodo using it still but need to change it. As I am literally not getting anything going to that email. And with my internet, which is telus, I can’t access That at all with my dead email… somehow I need to change that too. Because I am still securing my router and need to use the telus app to finish the last bit but can’t without the app apparently (tried in the router itself but can’t find the setting I need). And I need to set up secure emails-- again telus ones would work for that. Sort of in a hurry to secure these things. Not to mention I have no idea what my bills will be.

Hi,I was helping my mother buy a new phone on Koodo, like what I saw and came home and ordered a SIM card for myself to switch.  It wasn’t until I created my login on Self Serve that I noticed the Refer a Friend Program.  Can my mother and I still get in on this?  I have not received my SIM yet and changed my phone over.Karrie

So I won’t be able to get a new SIM card without waiting a week?Going into Koodo tmrw wouldn’t expedite this whole thing?  And how much for the SIM in person?

For the past couple months when I’m at home, I seem to only get one bar of service or no service at all when I should be getting 4g advanced according to the coverage map. I’ve been trying to get a callback from a rep for the past couple days and it just hangs up on me everytime. I’ve contacted them on facebook and followed all the steps they suggested and nothing is working. I just want to be able to use the phone I pay for every month.

Hello,  The Netgear LM1200 Cellular Modem is designed to be a primary internet source for rural areas the cannot get any other form of high speed internet.  It states it is compatible with :LTE Category 4: Bands 2,4, 5, 12, 13, 14, 66, 71. 3G UMTS: Bands 2, 4 and 5Uses a nano SD sim card.I would like to be sure that this  will work before I purchase one with a Koodo plan.Thanks.

I recently bought a new phone & decided to switch to Koodo. Trying to port my number from Rogers & so far have made over six attempts. Always get an error message at the end of the process saying “ Something went wrong, please try again”. I have no idea what the issue is. Can someone please help?

When I enter my phone app and go to "Recent", it states that "today" is October 29th and I cannot see any ongoing or outgoing calls since that date.My phone correctly states today's date as January 23, this is the only screen I can find with the wrong date. It's been frustrating trying to return missed calls

Hey folks, So my mother is now a Koodo monthly customer; she has a cell with a number already. But now wants to transfer the house landline to the cell phone, as she no longer wants the landline, but wants to keep that number. What is the process in doing that? I saw the docs on transferring from another carrier, but not sure if that is the same process?Cheers 

I upgraded my Offspring’s phone from a flip for the holidays. We received a new sim card however we cannot get it to activate for service. -- Ask a rep feature isn’t loading for me on my laptop? Heeeeeeelppppp! :) 

I received a phone call from a Private Number and I want to find out who called me. Is there any way within Koodo’s services I can accomplish this?

I registered an account in Kudu in the following services, but I am waiting for approval from another email so that I can use the services and view invoices. What is that email? 

I get this message of error once I submit the request to transfer my old phone number to my new koodo account. Tried twice, got the same result twice. Ugh!

Why do I get busy signals when I call using my Koodo home line even though it should not be busy?  It is also the same thing when someone tries to call me...it’s a busy signal for the caller even though it shouldn’t…?

Hello, When I dial one particular international number the call is not complete and I receive an automated message from Telus (not Koodo) saying that the number I am calling has been blocked for security reasons.  I have no problem dialing any other numbers in that country and LD saver add-on works as intended.  I know that the number I am trying to reach is clean -- it belongs to someone I know personally.  Please let me know who to contact to have the # whitelisted. Thank you!

I  have moved to Australia and need to close my Koodo account. 

I temporary removed my SIM card while traveling, but now when I put it back it still says No SIM. Another SIM card works fine with my phone, Samsung S20 FE 5G. Do I need a SIM card replacement? How do I get one?

I was online and filled out a loan application.  The guy said he would call me back about some details. My friends phone number showed up, when I answered it was the loan guy. Okay so how? I hadn't spoke to her for a while and how did this so called loan guy get her number? Answer seems obvious my phone is compromised. I've changed all my banking stuff etc. Today I go into the koodo store and 3 sentences in the girl says oh your phone is fine. Hackers can't do that. Your friend is playing games?? My anger made me leave. Doesn't help me though. I'm still stuck with my hacked phone. What can I do to clean this phone or can it be done? 

I ordered an iPhone 13 mini online 2 weeks ago and it hasn’t been shipped yet but I’ve been billed I’m looking to cancel it and go to my local Koodo and get an iPhone 12 .. how do I cancel my online order ?
