Is anyone had any luck calling in to upgrading their current plan to a promo plan without having to add another line? I'm at $75 20gb and they are running a promo for $70 30gb, I've gone over the 20gb frequently due to my job.

Are you seeing the $70/30 GB promo when you login to your self-serve account?

Reason I ask is I’m not seeing this promotion on Koodo’s plan page.

It's there for me, need to add a line tho. its not in the “change my plan” section.


@Hallsy  Indeed at the moment there are some conditions for the $70/30gb plan. However, those change fairly frequently. For now we helped you with a little more data that you can see placed on your account as of right now. 


First I'd like to say thanks Bernard for the extra data, that definitely helped. I scheduled a call and talk to customer service, they got me sorted out with that plan. They were really easy to deal with and I'm super happy with how customer service handled it. Never hesitate to call customer service and get things handled, they'll definitely take care of you without issue.
