Hi, I have a Koodo prepaid account. I am currently in Hong Kong and I need to access my CRA login.
Apparently, I’ve registered my koodo prepaid number with my CRA account and am being requested to receive an OTA passcode. I have no idea what to do in my situation. Can anyone PLEASE HELP?
I’ve read in other forums where others have similar issues and have been recommended to turn on “Easy Roam”. But I dont think this service is available to Prepaid customers right?

Unfortunately, there is not much you can do. You cannot roam abroad other than the U.S. on prepaid accounts. Even then, you need to purchase booster add-ons to get it to work. Easy Roam is only available for postpaid plans.
