We have recently purchased a phone for my daughter. our whole family uses the same last 4 digits. In the self serve option it only lets me pick the area code and first 3. If I contact support can they help me try and find the last 4 digits I am looking for. Koodo assist is not being helpful.

Well...they could try I suppose. I’m not sure about any potential charges for such a custom search. I’ll flag a rep to assist with the process and info.

I believe they used to be able to do that, but I am not sure anymore. From what I know, you can only change your number online through the Self-Serve portal, but you can still schedule a callback through Koodo Assist and see if they still offer this service. There will be a $10 service fee if they change the number for you. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/changing-your-phone-number
