Hi I would like to unlock my iPhone SE that I purchased from Koodo in 2016. In the FAQ, it says "From the Self Serve dropdown menu, select Mobile services". but under my Self Service, I cannot find that option.

I cannot add photos atm for some reason but once you login to self-serve, you can select the self-serve menu button after you log in. It should be the 5th option down out of 6 choices “mobile services” and then it's at the bottom of the list of options to unlock your phone.

 

maybe you can screen cap what you do see in the menu?


I have only two options under self-serve. see the image.

Ah… yes that would be where you'd see 6 options vs those two. I'll flag a Rep to assist with seeing if there is an issue with your self-serve account as well as unlock if your self-serve cannot be quickly fixed.

that link leads me to a blank page.

Yes. I cancelled my line yesterday after 11 years with Koodo.

I still get the phone but it cannot work with new carrier.
