No incoming calls or texts

Hi there!  The past couple of days I have not been able to receive calls or text messages to my Koodo line.  I can make calls, and send texts, and data works just fine.  I’ve been with Koodo over a year so no porting, and my billing is up to date.

I’ve reset my phone, reset the network settings, checked to ensure no forwarding/DND issues.  It literally just stopped working and I can’t figure out why.  I can’t take a call from support because I can’t receive calls and facebook support has been silent.

Does anyone have any ideas?

This is strange, was your phone set to “do not disturb mode”? or “silent” ? When someone called, what did they hear? Could they leave a voicemail for you? Also, which phone are you using? was there any block on incoming calls/text setup in the phone.

Anyway, do you have another phone or friend phone that you could put your Koodo SIM in it? if you have, I suggest you put the SIM in it, it would help to identify if the problem was from the phone or the SIM or Koodo network in the area.

Which phone do you have?

Try switching the network mode from LTE to 4G or 3G to see if this restores incoming calls and texts. The link below mentions a similar problem.
