Hello! I upgraded to a new phone a few months ago, the first bill was paid Oct 27th. But there was supposed too be 3 months free Apple offer tent to me, It never came? How is it delivered? Am I missing something?

I’m not surprised. Koodo doesn’t really seem to have it’s act together like it used to. Their customer service team seems less knowledgeable than they were in the past. And they don’t really care about customers with Koodo anymore.
