I have add-onsEasy Roam US - PayPerUse Access On Easy Roam INTL- PayPerUse Access Onbut when I called US, it said “your call cannot be completed” either “the call is not accepted from your region.”I called from Canada and dailed +011 1 (US number) How can I make a call to US, and how my issue can be resolved?Thanks 

HelloI have a Samsung Galaxy S21 phone and I’m on the 5G network with Koodo. I live in a small 1-bedroom apt in a highrise building in downtown Toronto and strangely, my phone doesn’t work in parts of my living room which is small. It doesn’t work in the kitchen/dining area and sometimes doesn’t even ring.  I only know if someone has called me if they leave a voicemail.  In the living area, my voice cuts out depending on where I’m sitting. I have to sit in an armchair close to the balcony to have a conversation. The apt is only 650 sq ft and it’s ridiculous that I don’t get signal in parts of it. I’m wondering who I could talk to and if anyone else has experienced this problem. I would appreciate any thoughts on why this might be happening. I don’t have any problems outside of my apt. 

cannot receive calls from certain numbers eg Intuit; Koodo. I have tried with Call Control enabled/ disabledI went to a Koodo kiosk and the agent duplicated the issue, He said that He hadn’t seen the issue before, and gave me a number to call to talk to someone but it didn’t work as the calls from Koodo support aren’t getting through to me. I have a brand new LG Velvet phone, and my partner has a  Samsung note 9 with the same issue 

Hi,I transferred my number from a different provider to Koodo about a week ago. I received and replied to the text message for the port request. Unfortunately, my text messages are not working; I can’t send or receive them. Phone calls and data are working fine though. Has anyone encountered this issue and is there a solution? Thanks!

Greetings. I have Koodo, iPhone. My friend has Telus and who would know what kind of phone? She sends texts, they don’t arrive. I send texts, she doesn’t get them. She doesn’t use other messaging apps. She’s the only contact I have that this happens with. We have tried everything to resolve on our own. Stymied. Thx. SF 

Is there a way to setup parental controls for a computer on the network, i.e. my childs, to shut down the internet at certain times, filter websites etc.

Hello, the Koodo SIM on my phone has stopped sending or receiving MMS all of a sudden. My phone model (Oneplus 8T, Oxygen OS 14.0) is not listed as an unsupported model and the software is updated as well. I have added a new APN as suggested in this article https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/picturemessagingchanges. But that didn’t work any better.This is an urgent request as I need to send out text messages with images for my work. Please help!

I have an UMIDIGI G1 Max phone running Android 12.  When I create a wifi hotspot, devices can connect, but they do not have access to the internet.  How can I get this working on the Koodo network?

I have an UMIDIGI G1 Max phone running Android 12.  When I make a voice call here in Toronto the sound is fine.  When I made voice calls in the US (North Carolina hooked up to AT&T I believe) the sound is unusable - it crackles and drops short sections.  How can I address this problem?

For the past few days I have not been able to send or receive images or videos over text. I have updated my APN settings and restarted my phone multiple times. My phone is a OnePlus 7T, I have paid all my bills, everything else on my phone and plan is working fine.

I recently signed up for Koodo and have a few friends and family members that are now interested in joining as well. We were told there’s a link to email them to join that will give us savings as well as them too. Where do I find this link?

I know they used to . I haven’t been a koodo customer for years when i was on a monthly plan they reported it on my credit report. I have a friend thats trying to rebuild credit and wondering if switching from a prepaid to monthly account would help. Does anyone know if koodo monthly is on their credit report for an account in good standings of course . I’m well aware accounts in bad standing seem to get reported way more than the good standing ones 

I  have Bell Fibe and want to switch over to Koodo. The line coming  into the  house is the new  fiber optic, anyone have any issues with hook up or service ?

Hello All,Been a Koodo customer for a while and to be honest have found it to be a great service barring one issue. If you are bringing a non-Koodo phone (one not sold by them) you are SOL for pretty much anything. To be more specific in my case MMS issues. Had a Oukitel K9 I brought over initially a few years back and all was well. Everything worked including Data, Internet and more importantly all MMS functions in texting.  One day MMS just stopped working, contacted Koodo support and they tried and tried and tried to get it back. Ended up with a Sorry but we don't support that phone officially.Bought a Samsung from them and then a Motorola and all is well, no glitches. Found a new phone I really wanted (Ulefone Armor 24), checked that it would work with the network and it looked good. Bought the phone, popped in my old SIM and it worked out of the box. Data, Internet and full MMS text functionality.FOR A MONTH! Last S

checked settings, rebooted, the usual stuff - LTE service only - anyone else experiencing the same in the Hamilton area?

When I try to access my voicemail a screen pops up that says “error performing request” and when I dial 1 it says call fail. 

I understand that a signal strength of -80 dBm is considered good.This is what my wife receives on her android phone using Rogers SIMFrom the same location (my home office),  using a Koodo SIMmy signal strength is currently -115 dBm. I understand that this is considered to be very poor - and in fact, totally unacceptable, given that I live within the city limits of Fredericton!!As a consequence of this poor signal, many telephone calls on my Koodo phone either just fade away or completely drop outThis issue has been ongoing for many years and has been reported to Koodo Technical supportI understand that I can switch providers to receive an acceptable signal, but because I am currently locked in for the next 13 months, a switch would cost me close to $700!!While Koodo has been very sympathetic and apologetic, what I would really prefer is a technical solution.  

Today I ported (through a kiosk at a Superstore with a sales associate) from PC Mobile to Koodoo. I received the transfer text from PC Mobile and answered ‘yes’After which I swapped sim cards and restarted my phone. I walked away assuming all was good (phone calls incoming/outgoing worked, as did data) but did not receive the welcome text, and cannot send or receive text messages.I’ve done a few device restarts. I’ve done a few sim resets (remove sim card for 1-2 minutes, cycle power) I’m working on clearing the data that I don’t want to loose off my device before doing a factory reset and carrier reset.  I was unable to get further assistance from the sales rep at the kiosk, said it was beyond his ability to help. Anything else I can do?

Apparently after Feb 7 Koodo changed some things that wouldn’t allow me to send MMS messages. I followed the steps listed below and it still didn’t work. No suggestions on the koodo forum worked either. https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/setting-data-your-non-koodo-phoneAs if a stroke of luck I figured it out for my phone (CAT S42) which is an android. If you haven’t been able to fix on your phone using these this is what I did.Reset network settings.Then follow steps on the link above… BUT instead of creating a new APN just go into the default one and change everything so it has the matching info from the link above.
