I have Koodo, iPhone. My friend has Telus and who would know what kind of phone? She sends texts, they don’t arrive. I send texts, she doesn’t get them. She doesn’t use other messaging apps.
She’s the only contact I have that this happens with. We have tried everything to resolve on our own. Stymied.

Yes, we both operate normally with other contacts.

Can you disable imessage in your iPhone? And send sms to her to see if you can do it?
