I have Koodo, iPhone. My friend has Telus and who would know what kind of phone? She sends texts, they don’t arrive. I send texts, she doesn’t get them. She doesn’t use other messaging apps.
She’s the only contact I have that this happens with. We have tried everything to resolve on our own. Stymied.

Can you and the person send/receive SMS normally to other contact? How about your call with that person? can you make/receive calls with the number normally?
Additionally, did you or the person change number/provider recently?
Yes, we both operate normally with other contacts.
Yes, I can call her if I wish; I want text capability.
Calls to all others, including internationally, are fine.
Everything is fine, except I can’t text with this one person.

Can you disable imessage in your iPhone? And send sms to her to see if you can do it?
Hv disabled iMessage. Will see what happens. May take a little time.
