the system says that my message #1 is active but anyone who calls my number receives the system message…………...suggestions?………….thanks in advance.

voicemail not working

As per the help files, I turned off Apple Live Voicemail on my iPhone (v17.3.1) and it seems to be working now.

Are you selecting a personal greeting? Are you setting your recorded name?
