Hello, the Koodo SIM on my phone has stopped sending or receiving MMS all of a sudden. My phone model (Oneplus 8T, Oxygen OS 14.0) is not listed as an unsupported model and the software is updated as well. I have added a new APN as suggested in this article https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/picturemessagingchanges.
But that didn’t work any better.
This is an urgent request as I need to send out text messages with images for my work. Please help!
