I recently lost a voicemail my grandfather had left me and I need to know if there's a way to recover it. I'm using a Motorola G Power and it's on Android version 11.Any help would be deeply appreciated, he passed away recently and I just want to hear his voice again. 

So out of the blue today my data stopped working. There is an exclamation mark next to the status bar and I cannot access anything that involves an internet connection. I tried turning off my phone, taking out the sim card and putting it back and and turning the phone back on but that didn't work. I reset the network connections in system settings which also didn't work. I set APN back to default, didn't work. I can't get in contact with Koodo about it. Had a call back set up and when they called it just rang and rang until they hung up. Tried calling the store here and couldn't get an answer. Anyone know any other options on what to do?

Hi, I recently transfered my phone number from another provider to Koodo. I have followed the steps given here. It has been several days and, while my phone number has succesfully been transfered, I am unable to receive text messages. Strangely the exception to this is that if I send a text message to someone myself, I am able to receive their reply. What should I do to get this problem fixed? Some more information that you may find relevant:-I can send text messages and phone calls just fine. I can also use my mobile data with no problem. The only problem is what I described above.-I recently tried switching my sim card back to my old one momentarily, and when I did that, the text messages sent to me which I  had missed have shown up. It’s as if the text messages are still sent to me through my old provider.

I have just upgraded my phone and got it today. I still have my old phone with the original SIM card in it. When I put my new SIM card in my new phone, it says no service. Do I have to put in my old SIM card in my new phone for it to work? I thought the new SIM card was already pre-activated.

 I don't see a way, either on my phone nor in the Self Serve site, that gives me the ability to add a phone number to Favorites.  I can delete contacts from the Favorites but do not see a way to add one. 

It said success but code given is CODE_NOT_SENT. Where do I put it as multi reboots removing new sim and reentering has not sent prompt clean OS I had locked it when I lost it got new one, found it sold it Samsung S20 G5

I am currently in the US and activated the roaming packages. I see that the $12 were charged this morning. I am able to have data, but when I call people in Canada, I am receiving a buys signal.  Any tips?

hi  my firestick won’t let me use my koodo phone as hotspot.  says password wrong . is it different than one i use to log into Koodo self serve ?   Thanks for any help .   Rod

Koodo Home phone, do I just transport the “box”, just plug it into the phone line and it still works with my existing phone number???

Never been able to use my data plan whenever I'm outside the Wi-Fi zone nothing loads it appears to be trying to load something but i haven't had any success which is a waste of money since I'm paying for it every month

Hi, I had Wireless home phone for about 2 years. Every few months, i have an issue whereby it does not receive calls. I only realize it if i have not received calls from some time. I test it from my other cell phone and my calls go straight to voice mail. Only way i have found to fix it is to turn off the unit, wait and turn back on. This issue has caused me to miss some important calls. Why is this happening? Any fix you suggest?

Can anyone explain why this keeps happening?My phone is connected to wifi. I'm sitting with 3 other people who are with koodo and connected to the same wifi and aren't having any issues but my phone is defaulting to data saying it will reconnect to wifi when the network quality improves. But when I turn off my data then the wifi connects and there is no issues with the network quality as it works perfectly fine. As soon as I turn the data back on it won't connect to the wifi again stating again that it will connect with the network quality improves.  Just some background I have a Samsung A32 that has had ongoing issues since day 1. I have spent numerous hours talking to koodo tech support, my phones been sent to koodo to be fixed and it's been sent to Samsung to be fixed. Both times it was sent away I was told there's no issues but it comes back with the same issues.  Any helpful insight is appreciated.  

Hi, the title says it pretty much. I’m unable to receive a verification code from a Portuguese bank while in Canada. The problem seems to be only with this bank and their verification system. I have received other short codes texts with verification codes from other services in Europe, so I’m not sure what’s happening. I have seen other posts with similar issues, but I guess what’s not clear yet (from Koodo) is if there’s any way messages are being blocked (for any reason)  from Koodo when it comes from overseas (Europe) and triggers some sort of safety system? They said they have investigated other cases like mine and they haven’t found any issues with their system and that I should check with my provider. I believe I’m in a game of back and forth now, so I just need some clarification on what’s happening, if Koodo has something to do with it. Also, I haven’t found any settings/options in my account (self-serve) for messaging blocking or something like t

I have the $15.00 a month plan. I thought it was free in Canada text and picture messaging. I’m being charged for some of them and I don’t understand why. Help! I can’t find the details of the plan and I have no idea who to ask. I just keep getting charges. Sometimes I’m charged for a picture/text to a friend and sometimes not to the same friend!thank you

I added international roaming to my phone and had it working for a little bit, but now I can’t seem to get it connected to any network. I tried resetting the network settings, switching between airplane mode and other options that’s been suggested. 

I’m trying to change how long my phone rings before voicemail picks up. It’s far too short for this old gal to get to the phone.  *#61# doesn’t give me my voicemail number. The screens below come up instead. Can i use the number from my recent calls log?

I'm on wifi and wanting to text. In order to not incur charges, do I just leave my mobile data turned off? Do I also leave  my airplane mode turned off or on? Confused senior here.  

Is it possible to travel to the Bahamas and only bring my phone to use WhatsApp? Will I be charged roaming fees?

I was charged $10 on my bill and my tab is showing zero. I also don’t have an option to see any of my tab history. How can I get this fixed? Included screen shots of my bill and tab balance. 

Can you hang up on a conference call you started without disconnecting the other people on the call? I tried to Google the answer and the best I got was “it depends on your provider.”
