Never been able to use my data plan whenever I'm outside the Wi-Fi zone nothing loads it appears to be trying to load something but i haven't had any success which is a waste of money since I'm paying for it every month

+4Which phone are you using? and which plan are you on?
Could you check your cell phone and see if data was enabled? Also, was there any data block in your account.
If you are using an Android phone, make sure your APN was setup correctly as per this https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/setting-data-your-non-koodo-phone
