Do BLU smart phones work on Koodo’s network?

Typically. 3G should work fine. Lte as long as it has the same bands that Koodo does. Band 4 aws 1700/2100mhz is the guaranteed nationwide one and 2600 too iirc. More and more 850 and 1900mhz is nationwide.
