Question

Wireless home phone not receiving calls

Hi, I had Wireless home phone for about 2 years. Every few months, i have an issue whereby it does not receive calls. I only realize it if i have not received calls from some time. I test it from my other cell phone and my calls go straight to voice mail. Only way i have found to fix it is to turn off the unit, wait and turn back on. This issue has caused me to miss some important calls. Why is this happening? Any fix you suggest?

Did this help you find an answer to your question?

Is your wireless home phone placed near a window and away from any devices that might be causing interference? (e.g. refrigerator, computer, or other wireless devices).

It’s possible your wireless home phone is not receiving enough of a cellular signal which in turn, routes calls to voicemail. Try placing the WHP in an area, preferably near a window to see if this resolves the issue.

Thank you @rikkster It is near a window and away from other devices. Although it is corner of room, there are green lights always. This issue randomly happens.
