Question

Receiving busy signal while roaming

I am currently in the US and activated the roaming packages. I see that the $12 were charged this morning. I am able to have data, but when I call people in Canada, I am receiving a buys signal.  Any tips?

Did this help you find an answer to your question?

Are you getting some error message when you are making the call?

Could you put the +1 in front of the Canadian number and see if it goes through? Also, how were incoming calls and text?

No error messages just busy signal. Tried +1, did not change a thing.

@MattHfx - I looked over your account and can see some calls coming in and out while in the US. Was it working and now stopped? OR did  the issue get resolved?

You can also try manually connecting to another US network to see if that helps. Let us know :)

Hi Chris,

Yeah, it looks as if one call had been successful on Saturday (11:06) and then a call to my voice mail.

The other two .. .pocket dials, I think. But later on Saturday and all Sunday long, I could not dial out.

It was resolved by me leaving the US on Sunday night.
