I recently lost a voicemail my grandfather had left me and I need to know if there's a way to recover it. I'm using a Motorola G Power and it's on Android version 11.
Any help would be deeply appreciated, he passed away recently and I just want to hear his voice again.

If it’s been less than 48 hours try dialing your voicemail and then dialing 19 from the main menu to see if you can recover it.
If you hung up after deleting the voicemail it's not recoverable on the customer side. When did you delete the voicemail?

I didn't delete the voicemail, it stated it would expire soon and that I had to renew it to keep it longer and I missed the cut off, I don't remember when it said it would be deleted.
I'm honestly not sure, I think the last time I renewed it was a week and a bit ago, I went to try and transfer it today and it said my inbox was empty.

Unless you’ve forwarded the voicemail message to someone else, once the message is removed, unfortunately Koodo has no methods to obtain the lost message.
