I feel like i’m going insane. there seems to be no way to connect directly an agent anymore but i need to discuss my options as my phone was stolen this weekend. does anyone have a direct line? thanks for any help
I’m sorry to hear that your phone was stolen. Have you logged into your self-serve account and reported your phone stolen?

Unfortunately, there is no direct phone line to Koodo. If you have a Facebook or Twitter account, you can send Koodo a private message via Facebook Messenger or a direct message via Twitter. I’ll provide the links below.

Which phone do you have?
To add on to rikkster's comment, you may be able to trace your phone. Assuming you have an iPhone, you can track its location if you have Find My iPhone enabled with your phone having access to a wi-fi or cellular connection. For an Android device, you can search on the Find My Device portal and log in to your Google account.
