Hello my voicemail keeps failing and going to error.

When did it happen? Can you dial your own number from your Koodo handset and see if you can reach your voicemail?

To try to reset the voicemail settings, can you reset the network settings of the phone?

Thanks for responding. I fixed the problem by turning the phone off and back on.
