I have tried resetting my phone powering down powering backup I'm running a Samsung S10 my Internet works fine but can not make or receive any calls so yeah I'm wondering what the h*** is going on and I'm kind of p***** off that it takes so long to get ahold of customer support to fix this because I need to get old people and people need to get hold of me right now I'm not just thinking about changing companies because of this I've been with koodo for 15 years
Hi, I was wondering if Koodo has a functionality where I can provide a phone number so you can block both incoming and outgoing calls & texts between my account and that number? I understand that you can use a blocked caller list on my iphone but it is easy for someone to just remove the number from that list, so the functionality is useless.
I want to preemtively avoid roaming fees, I am travelling to a part of Ontario (Pelee Island) that is close to the American border, last time I was at this location the phone thought it was in Ohio. What can I do?
Hey so I broke my iPhone 14 plus and as far as I know it’s just my screen, I saw somewhere it said it was 39$ to replace my screen, and now I can’t find that can anyone from Koodo please help me find that page?.thank you

Hello,Recently, a friend of mine joined Koodo and purchased a plan. When they were checking out, their Koodo representative informed them that if they know someone who wants to join Koodo, they along with the person they know will get a $50 credit.My friend told me about this and I found a plan I would like to switch over to. My question is what information do I need to know about my friend when I tell the Koodo representative about the credit offer? Is knowing their name and number fine? Or will I also require their account number? Thank you for the help!
Kodoo Loyalty from a recognized number 866-448-8030 has called me March 28th at 3:50, April 6th 7:00pm, Apr 17th 5:24pm and again today at 4:09pm. Everytime I pick up first ring I hear them just hang up on me. What is the point of this?This is getting ridiculous.
I am wondering because with my phone data I am permanently IP banned for making a post on an imageboard that I didn’t post. Apparently I made a post that had some illegal content and the ban was made on the 4th of January, just found out about it today. I can still post on the website through my wifi at home but can’t on my phone.A part of me at first was thinking maybe someone stole my IP address and made some abhorrent post and then pinned it on me. My one friend says that maybe my phone provider (Koodo) gave me a different IP address that was last owned by someone who made that post. Apparently IP addresses switch over time and I’m wondering if that’s true.If my IP address has never changed then someone stole it. I’ve already phoned the cops about it because if that’s the case I could be in some serious hot water if someone is using it for illegal things.Please respond. Thanks.

Hello.I am looking to purchase a new phone, new plan, new sim, all that fun stuff. I am wondering if I need to start paying it as soon as I receive it or will it wait until I activate/set it up? is there a limit to how long I can wait? I currently have a phone through a line under my ex’s account, and he refuses to separate it for me so I am going to have to just buy a whole new everything and create my own account. My current phone will probably end up getting cut off because I am refusing to pay it unless my ex finally agrees to separate my line and let me have my own account with this current SIM and number. I just don’t want to end up having to pay for both my current phone and the new phone I am looking to purchase at the same time.
Is there a tower down in West Kelowna? Getting little or no reception from our location...has not been an issue in the past. Effecting both cell phones. Cannot have a conversation without the recipient complaining the call is broken up if we are able to connect at all.

There is IMEI2 which is the eSim with other service provider, and there is IMEI, which is for the physical Sim, but is not used and is empty. I cannot use the account number as there are multiple lines on that account with the other service provider.
The call back request just goes to voicemail without even the phone ringing. (The call back number is not blocked so please dont put any comments related to that) I have recently moved from telus to koodo and it has been like that since.Can't even speak to an agent to solve the issue because of that. Currently using monthly 45$ 6gb plan

I was viewing my new home, great time for this to happen!! While I was there I got a notification saying ‘Koodo: Welcome to USA. Roaming pay-per-use rates are $1.60/min, data $10/50MB, outgoing text messages $10/100 texts (up to 160 characters per text). All incoming texts are free. Visit koodo.com/easyroam for more info’. And the other two messages that come with it. The thing is I went about 20 minutes from my current home, in the same country, not close to the border. Am I going to be charged for using data in another country even though I never left?

If Easy Roam is active for them, they'll be charged $14/day for the days that they use their monthly plan's minutes, data or texts. The rates without Easy Roam are $1.60/min, $10/50 MB and $10 for every 100 outgoing texts (max. 160 characters each). All incoming texts are free. Long distance add-ons are not Easy Roam eligible. Hello. I can't send long sms messages, but I can receive them. Short ones send out without issue but after a certain length they just sit and sit and won't send. Is there a network issue? I've tried restarting my phone and checking for updates
