Hello, I was wondering if I order a new phone, and plan online - would my current phone number with Koodo be carried over to this new phone/sim card I purchase? I hope that makes sense. Thank you for all your assistance.

If you upgrade your phone and plan (so it is the same line), then your new plan will become active right away. And when your new phone arrives, just insert your current sim into the new phone and your number and plan will follow that current sim.
You can keep the new sim (it’s a new blank) that comes with your new phone as a spare incase your current sim dies on you in the future.
