The call back request just goes to voicemail without even the phone ringing.

(The call back number is not blocked so please dont put any comments related to that)

I have recently moved from telus to koodo and it has been like that since.

Can't even speak to an agent to solve the issue because of that.

Currently using monthly 45$ 6gb plan

It's possible that there's an issue with the number porting process and your voicemail service needs to be reset by a rep. Would you like us to notify a rep to investigate this matter?

Yes please that would be great

Done! A rep should respond later this evening or tomorrow.

Hi there @Dayde

Sorry to hear about your callback experience.  Is there anything that you needed help with? if so, please let us know here and we can try to help you.

@Boa_Guy Koodo

The call back request goes directly to the voicemail without the phone even ringing. I have checked that the callback number is not in my blocked list

@Dayde   Thanks so much, we understood that. I should have been more clear with my question.

Sorry, usually, callbacks work just fine. Sorry that it didn’t work this time. I was asking why you were trying to book a callback, and what was your issue, it would be our pleasure to try to help you, here, in the community.

Originally issue was not being able to see ymy billing statement, but I got the acess. However, as now I realize callback does not work, I would like to get that fixed as callback is like the only way to connect to Koodo supports

What happens when you try to view your detailed pdf ebill in your self serve account?  Is there an error that pops up?  If so, what does the error say?

Also have you tried clearing your browser’s cache to see if that fixes things?

It’s one way, but not the only way. The forum has lots of people able to help, as well as reps, such as Boa_Guy Koodo, who can provide support with most issues.

@Dennis that issue was fixed with updating Chrome, but the issue previous was getting 500 error.

Gotcha.

Sorry I lost track with all these posts and user names.  They kind of all look the same after a while.

Have you checked to make sure you you dont have do not distrub mode on or only allowing calls you have in your contact list?

Another check would to try your sim in another phone to see the calls are getting through on that other device.

Also know that callbacks dont have to be on this one phone number.  You can have the call back sent to any canadian  number (could be a phone number for a friend or family or even work).  Yes it is inconvenient, but just wanted you to also know that it is an option if you were in a tough bind.

@Dennis

Sounds like a good approach I will try that and get back to you thanks
