Cant upgrade phone due to 45 day wait but my account is older

My phone just broke sadly and ive been trying to upgrade to get a new phone, the issue i have is that the site keeps telling me my account needs to be 45 days old in order to do so. Ive had this account for over a year, my bill is paid as well as my tab so i have no idea what to do from here.

Hmmm, strange. Could you post a screenshot of the exact error? At what step does it give that message?

This can be a glitch. I had this message  before.

You need to contact Koodo and they can fix it.
