Is there a tower down in West Kelowna?   Getting  little or no reception from our location...has not been an issue in the past.  Effecting both cell phones.  Cannot have a conversation without the recipient complaining the call is broken up if we are able to connect at all.

Have you tried restarting your phone?

Have you tried resetting your phone’s network settings?

Try those two troubleshooting steps first to see if this resolves the problem.

If you have tried those steps and the issue persists, there may be an outage or damage from weather to the tower that services your area. You can report the outage through this link.


Completed recommended resets with no change.  Tried the outage link but will only accept a report if something major (eg. pole down).  Very frustrating to have little or no service.


I don’t see any reports of wildfires in your area, though there are flood watches and warnings. Heavy rain appears to be forecast for some of the areas near your location which may affect reception.

When you make a call, does it show LTE or 4G?

From there, you could go there and check if the tower was still there or if anything blocked it.
