There is IMEI2 which is the eSim with other service provider, and there is IMEI, which is for the physical Sim, but is not used and is empty. I cannot use the account number as there are multiple lines on that account with the other service provider. 

I would try the account number first. I don't think there are any penalties for multiple attempts, so if that doesn't work, you can work your way through the IMEI numbers (physical number first).

If all fails, we could even flag a rep for you :)


It would be the IMEI for the SIM that is in use with the other provider, (the eSIM in this case). As far as the system is concerned, the other SIM slot corresponds to a different device.
