can't receive call after switching to Koodo

I switched to Koodo and found calling out is ok, text message (in and out) works well too. But there is no reaction (ring) on my phone when others call me. They said the calling is ok but nobody answers the phone. So calling in doesn’t work well. Could you help on this issue? Thank you.

Did you port your number in from another provider? Does it show in self serve? If you just ported it, please reboot your phone… if that doesn’t sort it, we can troubleshoot you further :)

Thank you. I’ve found the root cause. It’s under LTE. After I changed to 3G, it works. Thanks.

How long ago was this? Glad it's working now but it should be working with lte active as well. It might still be completing the port. Give it a try with lte again soon and if it doesn't work still, let us know.
