I have been a Telus/Koodo customer for a very long time. I live in the downtown area of Edmonton and the coverage here is atrocious, and it has been forever. As we are so close to downtown, I keep expecting Telus service will improve but so far nothing. It is ridiculous that service is so bad here.
I’ve gotten a text today saying“You’ve used 100% of your 1mb data. To help manage costs, your data has been paused until the end of your bill cycle at 11:59pm on 2023-9-21” I have a flip phone, I can’t use links, I don’t use data. What is going on?Is there any way I can speak to a Koodo rep?

Can I activate a second sim card to use in a stand alone gps tracker
When we i receive calls my networks doesn’t work. I’ve been trying for 2 months now to have this fixed. I’m all out of ideas on what to do with this Waco as network, probably going to end up switching providers. No one is able to assist me with this.
I need to transfer my Koodo number to my new bell account. Per Bell I need Koodo to unlock my Koodo number for this to be complete, however I canceled my koodo account yesterday and change SIM’s yesterday, so my old number is basically deactivated and Koodo new calling service makes it impossible to talk to a rep. Can I please schedule a call back to my Temporary Bell number?

I transferred my cell phone number from Telus to Koodoo on a Samsung. You can call the correct # on my Samsung and you can text me at that number. BUT, when I text back it is the original # that came with the service, not the transferred number. This is causing great confusion, because people can not phone me at that number, nor do they know who texts them back.Help!I’d prefer to talk to someone online or know when I can call someone as I get terrible cell phone reception in my house or in a lot of places in my yard. I bought 4 lines with the plan “$39 20GB UL Can Min SFD (4G Speed) Price per month: $39.00”and one of the sims I recived in the mail doesn’t actually work it is “8912230000552111643” is it possible to have a random number assigned to this sim or do I need to go into a store to get the line that should already be active to actually work?
I have 8gb in my phone settings it says I've only used 4.3 gb and it sends me a text that I used it all? I paid my phone bill now it should reset right? I need my data for my roadtrip and navigation.

This offer from koodo “$39.00per month 20 GB 4G speed” is significantly better and cheaper then the offers I was able to get from telus while part of the enterprise partner program. I didn’t have koodo account so I just provided the same information 4 times to open up 4 lines immediately.Is it possible to avoid getting 4 credit checks?
I was supposed to receive a SIM card in the mail but never did so had to purchase another one in store. When I’m trying to setup my account, the new SIM number isn’t attached to my account but I can’t change it as I can’t receive the verification code via text as my phone’s in SOS mode. And the email verification codes aren’t coming through either.
I recently cancelled another phone number on my account. Immediately previous to the cancellation I sent a text and it said delivered. Will the person with the cancelled number be able to read that text on their phone as it was delivered prior to shutdown of service, Thanks, just wondering
What is going on. This is the 3rd time in just over a week my phone is on SOS mode. The 4th time in a month. This is unacceptable. And before anyone tells me to call Koodo Customer Service. MY PHONE IS ON SOS.

Ok, so for a brand new number that's only 5 days old, it's already getting spam. How? There has been one call and maybe six texts on the entire phone.It's a new phone!Argh…Ox
I tried to transfer my phone number from my rogers account but I never received a text authorization text to respond YES to. I got a text a few hours later asking to reinitiate the request but still no text. The number I wanted to transfer to is now listed on my koodo account even though it says the transfer process was cancelled. I can still call with my old rogers sim card. I don’t know what to do now?
I transferred from virgin to kodoo at a promotional event and today when I called customer support they are saying there’s no card registered under my name. The day when I purchased card the rep there didn’t asked for any payment and today my account ended up having a hard enquiry of credit check. In first place I wasn’t even told that a credit enquiry would occur. It’s very strange and he even didn’t gave me a copy for records except just the card.
I was charged for Easy Roam without leaving Canada. I received a roaming alert on June 30, 2023 while travelling from Kamloops to London Ontario on West Jet. My only layover was in Calgary, Alberta. How do I have the charge removed?
I have had to send my Pixel 7 in for replacement. In the meantime I switched my SIM card to an iPhone while I wait for the replacement. I received a message from Koodo saying that I need to deregister from Android. What do I do? Will that affect my account? I would like to speak to an agent but a phone # I cannot find.
