Purple J

I keep getting a message that says data temporarily shut of by carrier due to sim 1. What does that mean. I am fully paid up and even have a credit to my account.  My city is experiencing severe weather as this is happening,. Could that ne the reason?

Which plan are you on by the way?Also, check your cellular data in your phone to see if there is a data limiter there
