I have had to send my Pixel 7 in for replacement. In the meantime I switched my SIM card to an iPhone while I wait for the replacement. I received a message from Koodo saying that I need to deregister from Android. What do I do? Will that affect my account? I would like to speak to an agent but a phone # I cannot find.

It is because some Android phone have RCS enabled. it can created a mess if someone tried to send you an RCS message and you can't receive it as the phone was sent away.
