Just want to talk a live agent on easy roam as was not in the US!

Do you see an easy roam charge in your detailed pdf ebill?

Which day were you charged for easy roam?

I got a text saying so!  I was on a flight to Kelowna from Edmonton is thing!  

If I do not take care of this now I will not remember to later

You will have to wait till you get the invoice, then we can flag a rep for you. Make a note in your calendar if you are prone to forget 😊

I do not like the fact that I cannot simply talk to someone!  Makes me want to change service providers to be honest.

Oh you can schedule a callback, but the rep will only be able to reverse the charge after there actually is a charge. The text might have been just a heads up that you are roaming. If you didn't use any data at that time, you won't be charged.
