I do not like the fact that I cannot simply talk to someone! Makes me want to change service providers to be honest.
Oh you can schedule a callback, but the rep will only be able to reverse the charge after there actually is a charge. The text might have been just a heads up that you are roaming. If you didn't use any data at that time, you won't be charged.
