I want to cancel my koodo account. How do I do that

Did you want to port your number to a different provider?
Is this for postpaid or prepaid?
Are you in canada, or did you leave the country?
I moved from Ontario to Nova Scotia. I don't want to port my number as I will need a new one. I just want to cancel my entire service with Koodo and go to another provider. How can I do that? I am looking to cancel in the next few weeks
If you are a post paid customer you can cancel by requesting a callback via koodo assist
