Recently moved my Telus number which was on a voice only plan. Voice only plan at Telus had been changed days prior to moving to Koodo. When the Telus plan was changed my picture messaging stopped working. After transferring to Koodo yesterday, picture messaging still did not work on Koodo. APN settings on my Samsung phone are correct. Could some programming or data from my Telus account have been carried over on the Koodo transfer and that programming/data is blocking my MMS messaging? Problem before transfer existed on the Telus voice only plan. Any ideas out there?Texting with no Picture, browsing ,VM, and voice all seem fine. Thanks
I just received a new phone that I ordered online to replace my old one, and I upgraded the data plan to 15 GBs. Why don’t I see the 15Gigs when I go into Data usage on the phone, I only see 2 Gigs. I do see it when I log into my account, but not on my phone. Any thoughts? Thanks
iPhone user here,I’ve checked my phone settings and I don’t believe this is happening due to my iPhone so I’m asking Koodo members for help! When someone unknown or a number that has never called me before tries to call me, they are prompted to press a number before being able to connect to a call. Why would this be happening? I’ve missed very important calls due to people being confused about the prompt to connect to a cell phone number, I’m hoping I can have some help on fixing this without having to wait on hold with Koodo customer service. I really appreciate the time
Hi everyone, I have a question. Is anyone currently experiencing this or in the past…I have a Samsung Galaxy S10. Up until the last few months, my read receipts feature has not been working. The feature is enabled on both my phone and the other end (user).I have both mobile data and WiFi on. I don't know why it stopped. I read a few minutes ago via a general Google search that the carrier must support this feature.Did Koodo make a change to not offer this feature anymore? That all said, my phone has been power-cycled several times, the firmware is the most recent. I even performed a factory reset of the settings. No change. Thank you, Steve
Phone is a Samsung J3. Mobile network LTE/WCDMA/GSM is already enabledWe have a cel phone tower in town that is is LTE-only 4G. Shows bars connecting but the ‘LTE’ not showing up near the bars.We recently changed from a prepaid to a monthly plan in order to use the tower, but the phone still can’t make/receive calls. It’s not the phone, because we moved the sim to a brand new phone and it also didn’t work. Have restarted the phone, removed/reinserted sim, etc… all with no effect. Any suggestions?
Hello,I have been in the US now for over a month and haven’t had any issue roaming. Today I suddenly have not been able to connect to any cellular network. I’ve tried everything I can find online and nothing worked. I can’t schedule a call because the only number I have access to is the hotel phone which is international and requires an extension. More info:Google Pixel 3a XL,Phone bill is paid,Can connect to wifi still,Checked APN settings,Power off and on phone did not work,Resetting network settings on my phone did not work,Removing and reinserting SIM did not work,Starting phone in safe mode did not work,
Same problem as was posted on the older thread of this same name. No solution was given there. I can connect my calls with other people regardless of their provider or device, but neither of us can hear the other. Doesn't matter if my device calls out or they call me. This has been going on for three days now. Any solutions out there?
