I am unable to access my voicemail from my mobile phone! There are active voicemails there but when trying to access I am told that I have NO active voicemails 

Does your phone have a voicemail notification that is not disappearing for you to know you have active voicemails? What phone do you have?

Did you recently port over to Koodo? You may need to schedule a callback through Koodo Assist and speak with a rep to reset your voicemail. https://Koo.do/Chat
