I just received a message informing me that my LTE calls are turned off. What does this mean? I havent made any changes to my account.

I also had the same issue this morning. I have the iPhone 14 Pro. I restarted it and it seems to be working now though. I just tried to call someone on LTE and it worked after restarting my phone.
i woke up to this message as well. I have an iphone x, so if nothing else, at least coming here and seeing that someone with a newer model has the same message reassures me that it’s not my ancient phone. it’s still a worrying popup to have gotten though
