J’ai reçu un appareil de marque Samsung Galaxy AO3S mais aucun chargeur n’était inclus.Est-ce possible d’en trouver un compatible avec cet appareil?

I just received a new phone that I ordered online to replace my old one, and I upgraded the data plan to 15 GBs. Why don’t I see the 15Gigs when I go into Data usage on the phone, I only see 2 Gigs. I do see it when I log into my account, but not on my phone. Any thoughts?Thanks

iPhone user here,I’ve checked my phone settings and I don’t believe this is happening due to my iPhone so I’m asking Koodo members for help! When someone unknown or a number that has never called me before tries to call me, they are prompted to press a number before being able to connect to a call. Why would this be happening? I’ve missed very important calls due to people being confused about the prompt to connect to a cell phone number, I’m hoping I can have some help on fixing this without having to wait on hold with Koodo customer service. I really appreciate the time  

Hi everyone, I have a question. Is anyone currently experiencing this or in the past…I have a Samsung Galaxy S10. Up until the last few months, my read receipts feature has not been working. The feature is enabled on both my phone and the other end (user).I have both mobile data and WiFi on. I don't know why it stopped. I read a few minutes ago via a general Google search that the carrier must support this feature.Did Koodo make a change to not offer this feature anymore? That all said, my phone has been power-cycled several times, the firmware is the most recent. I even performed a factory reset of the settings. No change.  Thank you, Steve

I just switched to Koodo today and the workers told me it would take 90 minutes for my imessage to work. It has been 6 hours and my phone number is still verifying for texts and I can’t send or receive them. Why is this happening and how do I fix this?

How do I turn off the call control feature to allow doctors to get through to me

Same problem as was posted on the older thread of this same name. No solution was given there. I can connect my calls with other people regardless of their provider or device, but neither of us can hear the other. Doesn't matter if my device calls out or they call me. This has been going on for three days now. Any solutions out there?

I am getting continual emails from an unknown sender on my LG 4G.  (My text requests to stop sending have been blocked). There does not seem to be a block sender option on the drop down menu. Could someone pls. tell me how to block spam MMS.Thank you. 

How many people can i have on a conference call?

Hi!  I keep getting text messages from a spammer.  And when I go to block it, the block action is greyed out, with only the add to contact option.  The spammer sends a text message using an email: charfauros@ preferencs.sbs .  Anyone else receive those?  Any idea how to block it?

I keep getting this error popping up. Any ideas on how to fix it. Google comes up with nothing and when I click on anything, it just closes the window.I've already restarted the phone, clear system cache and repair apps. res/layout/autofill_inline_suggestion.xml keeps stopping 

I purchased the Google Pixel 4A 5g through Koodo. The last few months the voicemail has been having issues playing my messages. They sound like I am listening under water. When I am speaking with my clients in a phone call my end gets cut of a lot, so they can't hear what I am saying half the time. I am not moving around, either. It is frustrating because I can't understand half the voicemails and I can't have a conversation via phone call. Has anyone had this issue before? 

I bought a OnePlus Nord N200 phone. I can make phone calls with it using my KOODO sim card, but I can’t use mobile data. My mobile data is turned ON in the phone’s settings. Any advice?

I would like to remove seasonal hold while I am in Mexico. Do I need to reactivate my simcard or will it work after the hold is off?  Also, Will I be able to receive texts from Canada? Is it adviseable to get Roaming?

Plan: $40 1GB Unltd min Plan SFD.Phone: LG X Venture I would like to be able to use either USB tethering or the WiFi hotspot function on my LG X Venture to send data to my PC. Koodo support had no idea what to do to get this working.I don’t need the basic Android HOWTOs telling me what to click on. I tried the basics, and they didn’t work. What do I need in order to do the above? Thanks 

Trying to find old sms messages to a specific number from 2019

Hi there,Is it possible to receive Android SW updates OTA outside Canada, more specifically in Europe ? What I mean is to be able to update from Android 10 to 11 ? Or can I update it manually using the LG Bridge application ?I'm currently inside the EU and won't be coming to Canada for at least a few years.The phone I'm talking is a LG V60 ThinQ 5G, version LMV600TM2X and to be more specific it's LMV600TM2X.ACANCB. The thing is that this phone supports all the carrier frequencies needed inside the EU, where I'm currently working and traveling.Thanks !

Just wondering if wifi calling is possible to set up without cell service, only have wifi and it insists on sending text code that I will not receive
