Do koodo reps have the ability to delete a text message that they have sent to you? I received a text from a rep with some follow up assurance and then the text was gone. It is not in my trash and although I did correspond, there is no trace of him ever sending a message or me responding all of the sudden. I just find it strange. I know the message was there and archived.

Koodo reps cannot remotely delete content from your phone.
